Operational Excellence
Simple operation panel allows for easy control of working parameters. No intensive training is required for operators. Interface languages can be customized according to operational needs.
Using the vacuum constant liquid-level principle, liquid is filled accurately. If the liquid level exceeds the marked red line, the system sucks the extra liquid back into the material container. Each nozzle includes a spring mechanism to prevent bottle breakage from air pressure.
Equipped with high-quality electric eyes, each nozzle is individually controlled. The white bottle-fixing component ensures bottles remain stable during the process, preventing them from falling down.

How does the vacuum filling principle benefit the production?
The vacuum constant liquid-level principle ensures that every bottle is filled to the exact same height. Any excess liquid is sucked back into the reservoir, eliminating waste and keeping the bottle exterior clean.
Can the machine handle different sizes of perfume bottles?
Yes, the machine is highly adjustable. it supports bottle heights up to 250mm and mouth diameters between 4.5mm and 20mm. Crimping and collaring heads can also be customized (13mm to 21mm+).
Does the machine require specialized training for operators?
No, the machine features a simplified PLC control panel designed for ease of use. Most operators can master the settings and operation with very little initial guidance.
Is there a risk of breaking glass bottles during the process?
We have integrated a safety spring mechanism into each filling nozzle. This buffers the pressure when the nozzle contacts the bottle, significantly reducing the risk of breakage.
What happens if a bottle is missing from the production line?
The machine is equipped with an intelligent electric eye sensing system. If no bottle is detected in the filling position, the nozzle will not trigger, preventing material loss.
Can the control panel display languages other than English?
