Macro Industry Solutions for Modern Cosmetics Packaging

Addressing the complex technical and regulatory demands facing contemporary beauty and skincare manufacturing facilities.

High-Viscosity Cream Handling

Modern skincare formulations, from thick clay face masks to dense anti-aging paste, exhibit complex non-Newtonian fluid behaviors. Our volumetric piston dosing structures are built with specialized heating jackets and dynamic agitators to maintain stable viscosity values throughout long shifts, preventing cavitation and product separation.

GMP Cleanroom Compatibility

Cross-contamination is the biggest risk for large cosmetics facilities. Our entire design uses premium SUS316L stainless steel for product-contacting components. Integrated Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems allow rapid washing cycles without requiring total machine teardowns, maximizing plant uptime.

Zero-Waste Air Cleaning

Before filling, container cleaning is vital. Utilizing advanced vacuum air-wash nozzles, our solutions capture micro-debris inside plastic and glass bottles without requiring water rinsing, avoiding the moisture-induced microbiological risks often seen in traditional wet clean workflows.

Technical Roadmap & Future Outlook

Pioneering next-generation cosmetic filling technologies with an emphasis on automation, smart sensors, and modular components.

SINAEKATO Smart Manufacturing R&D Unit

Cosmetics manufacturing is transitioning rapidly toward automated, smart processing lines. At SINAEKATO, our technology roadmap focuses on three main developments:

  • Servo-Driven Volumetric Fillers: Moving away from mechanical cams toward precise multi-axis servo systems. This allows changeover profiles to be updated instantly via the touchscreen PLC, reducing mechanical wear and optimizing filling speed curves to eliminate liquid splashing.
  • High-Frequency Ultrasonic Sealing: For laminate and plastic tubes, ultrasonic sealing applies localized friction heat from within the tube wall. This creates a clean, aesthetically perfect tail seal with minimal energy use and prevents product burning caused by hot-air heating elements.
  • Smart IoT Operations: Integrating vibration, temperature, and torque sensors across the drivetrain. These sensors send performance data back to centralized dashboards, helping plants transition to predictive maintenance schedules that prevent unplanned downtime.

China Factory 4.0: Supply Chain Resilience & Efficiency

Combining the agility of domestic manufacturing clusters with premium international component integration.

SINAEKATO's main production facility in Gaoyou City utilizes modern Industry 4.0 protocols to coordinate supply networks, schedule raw materials, and oversee machining processes. By fabricating structural components and frame assemblies in-house, we control costs and ensure high structural rigidity.

To deliver high stability, 80% of our core control components are sourced from globally recognized brands. Our system integrations include:

  • Siemens & Omron: Industrial PLC systems and high-speed motion controllers.
  • Schneider Electric: Low-voltage switchgears and motor starters.
  • Festo & SMC: High-precision pneumatic solenoids, valves, and drive cylinders.
  • Airtac: Cost-effective secondary pneumatic control actuators.

This hybrid sourcing model gives our customers the best of both worlds: the cost-efficiency and adaptability of a Chinese supply chain, combined with the reliability and easy spare-parts access of globally recognized brands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common technical, operational, and commercial questions about our cosmetic filling and sealing machinery.

How does the machine handle different cream viscosities?
Our filling machines use volumetric dosing driven by servo motors. For high-viscosity pastes, we equip the hopper with horizontal counter-rotating mixers and heating jackets. This keeps the product flowing consistently into the dosing cylinders, preventing voids or bubbles in the final containers.
Can the same machine seal both metal and plastic/laminate tubes?
Plastic and laminate tubes require hot-air or ultrasonic heat-sealing, whereas aluminum tubes require mechanical folding stations. While the base machine frame is similar, the sealing heads must be swapped. We offer convertible filling and sealing structures that allow for quick changeovers between these mechanical assemblies.
What is the average changeover time between different product runs?
With our tool-less disassembly system and stored recipes in the PLC touch panel, mechanical changeover for different container sizes takes less than 30 minutes. Full CIP cleaning cycles depend on the product formulation but typically run between 20 to 45 minutes.
What certifications and documentation are provided?
We provide full CE certification documents, material specification sheets for all food/cosmetics contact surfaces (SUS316L), electric schematics, user operation manuals, and testing certificates. IQ/OQ validation protocols are also available upon request.
