The asymmetric geometry of our V-shaped cylinders consists of two distinct cylinder legs joined at an angle of 75° to 90°. This geometry drives continuous splitting and recombining of the material bed. As the mixer rotates 360 degrees, the material inside repeatedly divides and merges, resulting in highly effective random diffusion mixing without mechanical shear forces that could compromise fragile particulates.
Unlike ribbon blenders or plow mixers that rely on active mechanical shearing via high-speed internal blades, our V-type mixing machine utilizes gentle, gravity-driven displacement. As the vessel rotates, material cascades down the polished interior walls. This eliminates frictional heat generation, rendering it ideal for heat-sensitive pharmaceuticals, volatile chemical compounds, and fragile food ingredients.
To eliminate dead spots and cross-contamination vectors, SINAEKATO V-series vessels are fabricated from superior-grade Stainless Steel (SUS304 or SUS316L). The interior undergoes a high-precision mirror polishing process to yield a roughness of Ra < 0.4μm. Combined with a zero-clearance butterfly valve at the lowest vertex, it guarantees 100% discharge and simplified Clean-in-Place (CIP) cycles.
