⚙️ Structure: The pot body features a three-layer stainless steel structure. The innermost layer is made of SS316L stainless steel for direct material contact, while the intermediate layer functions as a heating chamber via an electric generator. The outermost layer provides thermal insulation.
🛡️ Compliance: The entire equipment complies with GMP standards. All contact parts are made of imported stainless steel. Interior surfaces feature mirror polishing (300EMSH sanitary level) to meet strict hygienic requirements.
🔄 System Design: The stirring pot and cover are connected with flange sealing. The tank is equipped with process ports for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature/pressure measurement, and safety venting.
The dispersion system is driven by high-performance Siemens motors, transmitting power through a drive shaft and coupling to a dual dispersion disc. Speed regulation is managed via a Siemens inverter within the electrical box for maximum stability and international standard compliance.
