The CIP system is widely used in industries with high requirements for cleaning, such as daily chemical, biological fermentation, and pharmaceuticals, in order to achieve the effect of sterilizing. According to process conditions, customers can choose between single tank, double tank, or separate body types. Smart and manual types are also optional.
Through set adjustable programs, the CIP system automatically prepares cleaning liquids. It manages the transfer of liquid and the whole circulation process (clean, drain, and recovery) via pneumatic control valves and transfer pumps.
