◆ High speed rotor endows the material with high centrifugal speed and force. Granules spread homogeneously and uniformly with a degree of uniformity reaching more than 99%.
◆ Very small aperture between stator and rotor assures the effect of grinding, shearing, mixing and emulsifying while avoiding collision and friction.
The SME Vacuum emulsifier is professionally designed according to cream/paste manufacturing processes. The machine is composed of pre-mixing pots, vacuum emulsifying pot, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, and electric control system. It offers stable performance, high efficiency, and is easy to clean.
The main pot mixing system adopts two-way wall scraping screw belt mixing. The stirring motor adopts German Siemens motors for efficient mixing. The mixer pot is made of three-layer stainless steel (SUS316L for material contact) and fully meets GMP requirements.
For materials of super high viscosity (above 50,000 C.P.S), the high viscosity vacuum emulsifying homogenizer is highly recommended. The machine includes vacuum, hydraulic pressure, heating, and cooling functions. Blending is carried out under vacuum to ensure emulsifying effects. Equipped with CIP for convenient cleaning.
