The PME-4000L Mixer adopts a fixed pot body design where the pot cover and body are connected via flange, ensuring a stable and sealed environment for industrial processing.

Equipped with a diversified high-speed homogenizer, it powerfully mixes solid and liquid raw materials, rapidly dissolving indissoluble materials like AES, AESA, and LSA during detergent production, significantly reducing energy consumption and production cycles.
The mixer pot features a sophisticated three-layer stainless steel welded structure. The inner layer, in direct contact with materials, is crafted from imported SUS316L stainless steel. The jacket and insulation layers are made of 304 stainless steel. All tank bodies and pipelines are mirror-polished or matte-finished to meet strict GMP requirements.
